1. Seller

The Cosmetica Italiana online shop is operated by EUROTEX Simon Galuf s.p. (full name: "EUROTEX" POSREDNIŠTVO IN TRGOVINA NA DEBELO V TRANZITU SIMON GALUF S.P.), Ljubljanska ulica 89, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia; registration number: 1104292000; tax number: SI 27645843; email: [email protected] (hereinafter the “Seller”).

2. Scope

These terms govern the distance sale to consumers of the cosmetic sets shown on the Collections page. Delivery is possible only within the Republic of Slovenia.

3. Prices and delivery costs

All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final prices for the consumer. Delivery within Slovenia costs a flat €4.90 per order, regardless of the number of sets. The subtotal, delivery and total are always shown in the cart before you place the order. The Seller reserves the right to correct obvious technical pricing errors and will tell you before you proceed.

4. Placing an order

You place an order by adding sets to the cart, completing the form on the Cart page and clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button. This is a binding offer. The Seller then calls or writes to you (phone/email), confirms the order and agrees the delivery time; the contract is concluded when the Seller confirms.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by a courier to the address you give in the order. We tell you the estimated delivery time when we confirm the order.

6. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when you receive the parcel. No payment is requested or charged through the site.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To withdraw, send the Seller a clear statement (e.g. by email to [email protected]) before the deadline expires; you may use the form below. Return the goods undamaged and unused, if possible in the original packaging, no later than 14 days after you informed the Seller of your withdrawal. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery — which is the case for some cosmetic products.

The Seller refunds all payments received (including the cost of standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement; the refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided. As payment is cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you indicate.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods bought as a consumer are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery under ZVPot-1. In case of non-conformity you are entitled, under the legal conditions, to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

9. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints and questions to [email protected]; we will answer within the period set by law. Consumers may also contact the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (www.tirs.gov.si).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia; this does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of habitual residence.
